PIRO Consulting & Holding Company Limited was registered as a Company Limited in Thailand in 2005 as a result of a growing turnover in the former Kronberg Consultants Co. (A Company Limited is similar with a Danish and Norwegian "A/S" and a Swedish "AB".) PIRO Consulting & Holding Ltd. is parent company in the PIRO Consulting Group as well.

Throughout six years as PIRO Consulting Group, we have achieved knowledge in Thailand within e.g. sparring, corporate formation, business management, human resources, crises management, SME board memberships, accounting, taxation, negotiating, quality inspection, travel product development, destination management, traveling security & safety, sourcing and offshore outsourcing as well as within cross-cultural, political and religious influences on business.

Company Shares
The registered capital is four million Baht. The Parent Company has seven Founders and has currently ten Shareholders. 48 percent of the Shares are hold by foreign investors. The group has totally 12 founders and 14 shareholders.

PIRO Consulting Group is however a small company, which actually makes us quite flexible, smooth and fast-moving.

Main shareholder is Pegus ApS in Denmark.

• Ms. Michella Kronberg, Stud. Science in Economics & Business Administration (Law) [HA(jur)], is Group Director.
• Mr. Robert Kronberg, Dip.Econ, BA/BTh is Group Director/Senior Partner. He has been working several years for a Danish newspaper, and he has been working as Director & Managing Director for the Thailand and Indochina operations of C&C Travel, but he is still member of the Board of Directors. Furthermore he is member of the Board of Directors of the Danish-Thai Chamber of Commerce. Before that he was General Secretary for an international NGO based in Denmark.

Daughter Companies
Besides PIRO Medicare Health Management Limited, which is nearly 100 % owned by the holding company, we have 33 % shares in PanMedicare Group Limited and some shares in other companies. Besides that we are 50 % member of a consulting joint-venture named Bangkok Representative Office™.
